Rocky River Ohio Relocation

"Rocky River is a quiet West Side suburb with all of the comforts characteristic of many upper-middle class Cleveland communities. There is abundant shopping, beautiful homes and a fabulous Metropark.

Westgate, Rocky River's larger mall, is located on Center Ridge Road. Finally showing its age, Westgate is in the process of being torn down and remodeled. While almost empty, the interiof or the mall remains open as do Kohls, the movie theater and both Applebee's and Longhorn Steakhouse. Once completed, the new mall will be a mixed use area with big box stores, boutiques and much more.

From the window of Max's Deli, a favorite hangout known for its muraled wall and hearty sandwiches, lunchers watch Rocky River's more discerning shoppers move in and out of Beachcliff Market Square on Detroit Avenue. Beachcliff is a specialty mall with shops like the Cutting Garden-a florist known for inventive, progressive arrangements-and restaurants like the Pearl of the Orient restaurant which gets kudos for quality Szechuan food or Corks, a great place to go for an elegant lunch or dinner.

Close by on Lake Avenue is Beachcliff Place Apartments; a Rocky River landmark. This meticulously refurbished building reminiscent of California deco was a summer resort for the well-to-do. Now one of the last rental properties in Rocky River to overlook Lake Erie, it stands as the grandame of an ever-growing community."
